Just the other day i finished my HandCannon inspired by Bungie´s game Destiny.
I deiceded to build the Red bandit MK 38
Wich i found on www.planetdestiny.com
I started out with a piece of Mdf as a base:
Then i did som details in sintra and styrene, also
beweld som of the mdf, i also used som apoxie sculpt on some parts.
I cutted out som smaler parts on my scrollsaw and glued the to the mainbody.
Then for the handle i used mdf because its easy to work with. I put both sides together with double sided tape to make it easier to use my Dremel so they would be
exactly the same.
After a lot of work with the Dremel i glued them to the mainbody.
After som more small details i started to work with bondo:
In this picture i´ve glued a piece of styrene on the top back on the gun instead of using just Bondo, i made that piece in an small vaccumformer i created for smaller parts.
then i primed it and sanded it, then repeat repeat.......
And some pictures from the final paintjob, i diecided to go with red/black and gunmetal. I started with gunmetal.
Then i putted the Hunter emblem on both sides on the shelldrum if you will......hope you like it!
