I decided to redo my Halloween Han solo blaster holster. I made one for some costume parties i went to this past Halloween but i just wasn't happy with it. So i'm starting over. I cut out these buckles to use for the belt out of like 10 or 12 gauge sheet metal. I'm going to fabricate and weld some small steel bar stock to latch the buckles to the belt since i dont have the tools to fab up "movie accurate" latch assemblies. Tomorrow i'm headed over to Tandy to get another belt and some sewing materials to sew up the part that holds the actual gun. The previous one i just riveted together in the interest of time.
