I've always wanted to try and do a model old school style plus I don't have easy access to a 3D printer. I really enjoy the problem solving aspect of building this. It's fun browsing hardware store shelves for parts. I've gone through a ton of oil funnels for the various cone shapes. Trial and error.Love the fact you are doing it old school, nothing wrong with 3d Printing but something satisfying about watching it come together this way...
It's about 37 inches. It will be around 38 after I get the engine nozzles on.That ship has really grown! How long is it now?
Big thanks to Tony at 308 Bits. I couldn't stand the thought of making the engine nozzles myself. He's designed these incredible nozzles and their on the way.
