I cutted out all the pieces I needed for the head
Then I welded the short edges on the upper and bottem half
SO far so good!
I cutted out some of the triangle teeth one by one to fit them in correctly!
welded the teeth in place
Hard part of this was cutting out the main sides of the hammer head.
after all the fittings, I welded first the two main sides so that no deformation would occur.
Grinding the hammer, first try first look
the disc is actually a piece of a tube that I have welded shut and finished it with the grinding wheel. I'll TIG a bolt on the inside of the disc so I can tighten this on the top of the hammer head. There will be only one actual hole in the hammer head (place of bolt for the disc). This will be used to remove the disc en fill the head up with sand for more weight! PLAN: making the hammer so heavy it will be hard to pick it up!

next step was the handel with some leather (no panic the green was ugly so I painted it black because the girls love black on shiny stuff 
)
Believe me, after cutting all of this out with a stolen scissors from your moms kitchen... it will hurt your hand bad...karma...
I putted a screw in the handel wich I TIG welded. I weled a screw on the bottem side of the hammer so I can screw the handel on it. Between the handel and the hammer head there will be a little disc to make it a bit coler 
eventually I putted almost all the pieces together... still need some perfections and leather work to be done

Sorry guy's I was out of metal tubes to finish the hammer so I made this in stead
the hammer without sand is +/- 5kg 300g and with sand 25-30kg (depends on wich sand you use).
Yes I did, the mild steel where 3mm thick and I can remove the sand out of the hammer for transport (I just have to screw the disc from the hammer and remove/fill the sand)
