Well hello to the rpf. I haven't posted here much, I am an active member on the 405th.com and post there regularly. I thought it was time to post up my work here. I live in Canada so its tough to work with the pepakura method popular among 405th members so in the last few months I have started sculpting parts as well. My timeline for completing the basic mkv armor is mid June and then completing all of the Carter attachments by august so as to have a Carter costume by Dragon Con of this year. So here are some pics of the components I have completed so far:
Medium sized biceps:
Boots:
The boots were done in collaboration with kasper, together we work on carols reach related props in a group we call NobleTeam
MkV(b) helmet:
My first reach thigh:
The dmr:
The dmr was done in collaboration with Tactonyx from the 405th who is also part of NobleTeam
The forearm sculpt:

The spine area of the undersuit sculpt with the mold and cast in flexfoamit:
