I had made a Master Chief out of fiberglass years ago. Now my stepdaughter wanted me me to make her one. So I thought I would give the foam a try. I loved working with it!! Everything came out like i wanted it to and no sanding!! Well except the helmet (it is fiberglass). I loved it so much I decided to make me one out foam also. The foam is so much easier to wear than the fiberglass. Its so light and comfortable. I still have a few things I want to do to them but for now this is them. I am making a commando helmet for mine, but I was pressed for time for a local convention. So i just repainted my Mark VI helmet in the reach paint scheme.
