Here are a few pics of one of my latest projects. After I built the original I made molds and then cast the main head pieces seen in the pics. There is only primer on the handle and no clean up done. The blades still need to be placed exactly where I want them and then epoxied in place. This one has aluminum blades but I also will do some with semi rigid plastic blades for safer versions. Thanks for looking, I will post pics when its done also.
