Started with a mock up which was based off a Pepakura file then crafted out of wood by a friends father

From there it was disassembled and molds were made.....

Then a rough assembly was done. This is essentially what it will look like.

Nice build! Thanks for the WIP pics, too! Always good to learn about casting... Must try a 2-part mold in the near future.

Would love to see the whole thing completed! :)

It was very cool to watch this go from the paper pep file that I made on the kitchen table - to the wood product my father in law made and then all the work seen here... was a hoot the other night until 3:30 am working on this.

MINE!!! hehehehehe

Can't wait to get the five of us all geared up!

One thing I forgot to ask, does the stock work (Sliding) then?

Saw the kits your offering in the Junkyard, shame I cannot as I`m still a RPF probi.

Top work mate ! Looks very nicew indeed:)

As always I'm in awe of anyone who can do this stuff....I have to many thumbs I'm sure !

You may want to buy a McFarlane rookie ODST figure. During my tenure at McFarlane toys I was asigned this SMG that later had to be approved by Bungie before the toy could be cleared for production.

This is the actual toy prototype used to make the toy.
The "confidential" notice only applies to the paper reference sheet that cannot be seen(hence confidentiality is observed).

And still sort of on topic heres the rest of the little guy. I worked the shoulder, elbow, and wrist articulation for greater range of motion as opposed to the other spartan toys as well as proof read some armor proportion.
