In my foam build they aren't perfectly round. I was not planning on changing it either, i kinda liked the shape. So i build ridges inside to support the inserts. And then adding them with velcro. Easier for me to get inside this way, and to avoid damage by getting stuck on an insert.</p><p></p><p>Next i'm going to do the flaps on the abs area.
