Hadleys Hope ripping me off

I purchased a lifesize r2-d2, c3po head...I gave cash and a real jawa blaster(enfield w grenade launcher) I paid through pay pal and after that I got two replys one he was shipping on 12/10/07

I still did not get anything ...so i filed a non receipt with paypal, and later that day i got a tracking number 1\3\08

I paid for these items on november 21 2007 and he got the blaster on 12/06/2007

I got the box from him today from toyrocket.com when i opened it and i went through the box and took everything out it was missing these parts pic attached also it was missing three holo projectors and a complete c-3po head.


So I want my items...I will never deal with this guy ever again


also if he don't comply with sending the remainder of the parts i am going to contact the fbi at IC3.gov and also the lapd internet fraud divison on this matter

He sent these out from a company called toyrocket.com his name is jess ruiz....This was listed in the junkyard as 1:1 FiberGlass/Resin R2 D2

I wished i knew...he posted on the junkyard around 11 month...the board needs to banned this guy from using the junkyard if he is ripping this many people off...I say all of us call the lapd internet fraud division and report him and this toy rocket company... we can also report him to the fbi at IC3.gov...if he don't make due with every thing that i am short I am going to report him myself

"Yes, the legs and feet are in another box, it was to heavy and expensive to ship. I will have those to you ASAP, I am scraping up the cash to get you your parts".

You know, that Toyrocket company sells a lot of stuff on ebay but I've never bid on anything because of their feedback rating.

here is his latest email...i have not got any refunds because he has no funds. I told him i can have this stopped and they will not take any funds as long as i get all my parts and c3po .


You know bro, my friend who owns Toyrocket allowed me to ship using his account so please save your threats. I said I will ship ASAP and that is what I will do. I only owe 4 people on the RPF and am shipping their items out now.

But I see that Paypal has taken $150 and sided with you in your dispute so now I am out that money. So am I still expected to ship the remainder of the parts with less money. I am just asking.

wow...that's a bunch of stuff man. I hope you get it. I was wondering because I make a few of those parts in aluminum. I just hope he didn't recast that stuff and is now trying to rip you off!!!
