This one was a lot of fun! After finishing up a snowspeeder and TIE, I went after a Legacy AT-AT. Still a bit to do,but I'm still deciding if I'm going to add a little snow. Had to kitbash the side guns, the originals were garbage.
(The beer bottle is for scale) :D

Very good work ;)...but to be super critical...it's just too much dirty.

It's a common problem and I do the same thing when weathering.....less is more.

Adding black to create wear is a valid premise...but too much black kills the effect.
 
The wonderful paint apps and weathering really make this model. :thumbsup It almost makes you forget the head too big.

Yeah, honestly it looks darker in the pics. Had to go in and adjust for the bad lighting outside and it blew out a bit too much. I'm gonna step away from it for a bit then take another pass at it. The way I paint them, I can go back in and bring it back lighter by small shades.

I tend to go lighter, like on my TIE:
