Guy Manuel Build

With Random Access Memories being released in less than a week, i thought it was never a more apporpriate time to start working on a new guy manuel build. I've tried it before with less than stellar results. I feel like this time will be a little different i have no time restrictions and a new space to work in so anyway on with the pictures, the first bucket is my first attempt, i realized where i went wrong and why.

Old.

it was too rushed and i had literally littl to no idea what i was doing.

sorry for the slow update but heres how it looks, still sanding and bondoing the shiz out of it. I keep running into a problem with the edge of the visor, i cant seem to get a good defined lip all the way around. I was thinking of doing a really really heavy batch of rondo on the inside and then sanding down to the rondo and making the edge. Anyone have any other advice?

How it stands at the moment. using cardboard to make little channels to fill with bondo and sand down to make the lip.

not much to report.

As for MDF for the ears, i have no way of shaping MDF its too dense to cleanly use a coping saw by hand. and i dont have any sort of table saw or ribbon saw.

I am however willing to pay for a set of ears, because no matter how many tries i take at getting the ears symmetric i cant. If anyone is willing to part with a raw cast, or vacformed set of D ears, circuits and maybe some pucks i would definitely appreciate it!

so after a few weeks of neglect i spent a few solid hours baking in the heat sanding and filling and sanding and filling, received a set of fancy 3d printed circuit details and inserted them into the bucket and well how do yous think it loods ?
