Well - he's almost finished. Howard did a fantastic job on this sculpt. Really pops when the eyes are painted. I decided to go with the generic Gremlin and will add the head spines. If you are a Gremlins fan don't pass this one up!

As said on email, this is a terrific paintjob and done on a tremendous sculpt.

I am sporting a tremendous woodrow at this point.

Tremendous sculpt, and a tremendous paint-job, you have really made it come to live. Well done!!

That looks really nice! Boy, haven't seen the movies in ages... might have to dig them out one of these days :)

Thanks for the compliments. Just need to do a few tweaks here and there and I'll call this one finished. As my friends know - I am quite the slacker lately. This is will be first thing I've finished in years.

Here's a shot with the spines added. These are just temped on for spacing.

It's based in olive drab - then varying shades of brown and green. I think i am going to add a bit more brown to it, and a few latex colored highlights on the lips. These became very subdued once the clear coat was added. A few more tweaks and I'll shove a smoke in his mouth and call it quits.

What colour did you go with for the brown/dark green skin?

Looks great Ya Slacker!
Must have been a lot of dust shooting
out of the airbrush before the paint began to flow!:lol
Seriously,It looks really good.
