Hi everyone,
Some years ago, I bought the first release of the 1:1 Green Lantern Power Battery replica prop. It was rather expensive at the time but I was overall very pleased with it.
Except for how bright it was.
I thought that it should be bright enough to light up a room, just like it was spilling out emerald cosmic energy. Instead, it's more like a dull glow that's not all that easy to see in a lit room.
So I've pondered the idea of swapping a more powerful bulb into the prop.
Yet I'm wary of opening the battery up and poking around its innards, in case I break this pricey trinket.
Has anyone here ever replaced the bulb before? Perhaps put in a more powerful one?
