Hey Guys ,

I´m not sure if this thread already existed, but I wondered what Jacket Ryan Reynolds worn in the Green Lantern movie as a kid! (See Picture)
Its a Pilot jacket I think (Probably G1 or A2 US Jacket)...
But I wanted to know if someone could tell me the exact jacket from the picture, that would be awesome :)))

Thank You very much for the help,I really appreciate !

It is a 1980's G1 flight jacket. Biggest diference is the G1 jacket has buttons on the pockets as does the pic with Ryan Reynolds and the A2 jacket has snaps.

Actually, it's a custom that was made by Tony Nowak. It's really similar to a G-1 but not exact. Storm flap is missing, mouton collar is missing, fairly long in the body for a military jacket, etc. Tony was famous for making a lot of Schwarzenegger's jackets for film and bodybuilding shows. Schwarzenegger's jacket in The Last Stand is very similar to the Green Lantern jacket. Tony died a few years ago but his son Riley kept up the business for a while. Not sure if he's still in business or not.

Here's a thread with a pic of the front and back of the jacket. Scroll down to the bottom post.

This is probably the best resource to see if Riley is still in business and if so, if he's selling to the public.

I just cant find that Jacket all over the Internet,do you know some sites where to get them in that color ?
Or can someone of you get me one or so ?

The film does have a certain amount of entertainment value. It’s not particularly slow and Reynolds does bring a likable charm to his character as he tends to do in most of his films. The main problems that the film has lie in the writing (the characters, the abundance of expository material). The four writers behind the project seemed like they were too obsessed with explaining and setting things up rather than trying to get the audience engaged with the plot and characters. Doing another draft or two in order to work on the ailing story could have done wonders for this project.
