Greedo Mask

I’m jonesing for a Star Wars alien and one of my first Kenner figures was Greedo. I’ve found a mask I think looks great but am a little unsure of the direction on color I’d like to go. It doesn't have a slit in the rear, so it will display perfect. I love the texture & detail. Here’s a few pics of what the artist has done. He says his base color is olive green, which throws me as I thought ANH Greedo was more “Gumby Green”. Any input would be appreciated, thanks!

I thought this was very cool, not what I want to do, but cool!

Give me your thoughts, suggestions on artists, colors, etc. Thanks again!

I’m a big greedo fan. I want a mask and gloves but only found a vendor on Etsy, is this the same guy?

I think these paint jobs look more realistic for in real life experience

Because the one on screen was a pretty flat green, just a rush job

This mask has a lot of great detail to it, and makes it look more real

Yes his name is Evan Parra FX! I tend to like some props a bit idealized vs. perfectly screen accurate also. Graflex, SA. DL-44, SA & idealized. I blued mine vs. paint. Greedo mask, a little more idealized as Halliwax is right, Greedo in the cantina scene was pretty boring.

So which green do you fancy in the collage picture? Thanks

My personal taste is this one

So I requested Evan to not glue in the eyes and to paint "Greedo" like the right and left Rodians in the picture. NOT the middle one!

Shipping a latex mask is tricky and this one needed a little "re-shaping" after his journey from Mos Eisley. This is one of those pieces that photos cannot due justice. Evan did an amazing job! I'll try and get some green satin for making a collar and trim the shoulder skirt so it's just the head and neck for display.

Finally pick up a good deal on a 1:6 Sideshow Greedo figure, or doll as my wife calls them. I sent off my DT-12 blaster to have a custom acrylic & stainless steel stand built. If the fabric store is open today, I'll pick up some material to make a green satin neck for the display!

I've always loved Greedo!

Finally found some suitable material for Greedo’s neck in the right sheen and color. Should be here this week and I can finish this guy up for display!

Hey everyone! I’ve come across several thick-latex Greedo masks over the years, some of which claim to have come from a small Australian studio. They’re definitely not Don Post or Evan Parra FX. I’m trying to find out more about their origin—has anyone seen something like this before or know who might have made them?
