Hello! I am going to *attempt* to make a journal from Gravity Falls, So far all I have is a blank red sketch book made by "Royal and Langnickel" It is 8.5" by 11" (21.6 cm by 27.9) It has plenty of pages (110) and I will be posting pictures through out the process. I have never tried to make anything from a show or movie, so I have no idea how this will turn out...

Still cant figure out how to do the hand, I cant find shiny gold paper...

It's heading towards Christmas...at some point someone may have gold Christmas wrapping paper.

Also try Party City store if you have one in your town. They might have it year around.

Maybe it's the picture, but it doesn't look like shiny gold.

So I went to Target and found the perfect shiny gold wrapping paper,

Tada! The outside is pretty much done, still needs tassel and lens though, but that will be pretty hard to get...

Not hard to get. Just expensive. I could make one for you using Shapeways...cost would be about $130 for brass. (with real magnifier lens)
