Graflex Heiland vader flash units - worth?

So, I have two, three cell flash units, a Graflex and a Heiland that I bought years ago for next to nothing (the used camera store didn't know that they were used to make the lightsaber props). Anyway, I have the units, plus I have the reflectors and wanted to get a ballpark figure of what they might be worth. It is easier to gauge the worth of the Graflex because I see more of them on eBay, but either the Heiland is harder to come by (maybe the reason I don't see them on eBay as often), or nobody is selling them. Anyway, any idea as to what they could be worth in average condition?

I just sold a Heiland Press S model with the shroud in similar condition for $80. With Star Wars mania at full throttle you might be able to snag more, but that's a good ballpark number. The Graflex, obviously, will fetch multiples of that sum.
