Glue for PETG Clear

I am working on a project where I want a photo between two pieces of clear plastic. I want to be able to cut around it like acrylic standee. I wasn't sure if PETG clear would work? I have it cut some with a jigsaw, but it derped the edges some. Maybe my blade? Or maybe i should be using some other plastic? I want something easy to cut. I also have access to a rotosaw.

I was wanting to know what is the best glue to put this together? I need it to be clear and no sign of the glue.

Example of what i want to make.

I'd go with acrylic. Something not too thick. You can just janky angles all you want and then sand them to shape. It'll take it a whole lot better than PETG. If you're clever about it, you could build it to pressure fit together and avoid glue all together.

There is a "Weld-On" solvent cement specifically for PETG. The issue with any glue will be neatness of application and prepping the surfaces to be glued.
