Other than the replica wand, so far the only other item that’s been released on the upcoming Afterlife is the Target exclusive Ecto-1. I finally managed to find one (not an easy task) and I love it. I highly recommend it. Only problem is it’s 1/18 scale, which means that no existing figure fit it. Can we assume the figures from the upcoming film will be in scale?
