GH ANH Vader run of 13

Need help from everyone, my GH ANH facemask had damage when I first received it, you can definatly see the" /13" mark on the inside, hard to see in the pic but it is there. Anyone who has one from that run or knows someone please LMK.
Just like to figure out which number it is.

The top of the helmet was busted / broken at the top and the laminate seperated and flaked off.
