Gerber MK 2 Knife from Alien 2

Hi

For several costume Projects I was looking for a Gerber MK2 Knife. I don´t want to carry a real one in
Public so I make a mold and cast it. First I want to make a rubber cast but I think resin works better.

The first Mold was not as good as I like ... so next one. And first rubber cast.





The rubber cast was to soft. Maybe more Hardener ...next time
Here are the resin cast. The Knife in the middle is the original ...up and down is resin

I check out a new rubber material from Smooth On and hopefully the rubber Gerber will more sturdy. Stay tuned...more pics will follow.

Just found this by chance trying to locate a replica non lethal Gerber Mk.II
Are you able to priduce these? I'd love one and a resin VP70 also would be amazing as reps almost impossible to get in my experience.


UK based so real thing not realistic.
