I just finished a commissioned build of the sawed-off shotgun from Gears of War. I think I earned an engineering degree jut by figuring this thing out.
It's made from ABS pipes, hardwood, MDF, cast resin and lots of miscellaneous hardware. The breach opens to accept resin shells, trigger moves and safety switch on side slides.
