Gearing up for Halloween in June: Feyd Rautha Harkonnen... (a bit pic heavy)

So I'm getting a raise sometime in June, meaning I'll have money to throwdown to make a proper costume this Halloween (for once), and I've been batting around Ideas, and recently watched David Lynch's "Dune" for the 3rd time this year, and thought that a Feyd Rautha costume might be a cool undertaking if I started early.

Anyone have any tips on how one might accomplish this? I'm not looking for completely SA stylings, as some of the ribbing may be difficult to achieve (especially on a $150 sewing machine and only one semester of Costume Construction), but I'm open to anything that people may offer in terms of advice.

I'm looking to construct out of cheap vinyl and that flexible black ribbed garden tubing. Thoughts?

It may help to post some images. Bear in mind that while many of us are familiar with the film, we don't all keep a running mental library of every scifi and fantasy character ever created. Also, there aren't many people that will go out of their way to find reference images on the character just to answer your questions or offer help and advice.

LOL! Nononononononono...I am not quite chiseled as that...Wouldn't want to blind people with my fat...

For those who don't know what it looks like off the top of their heads, Her's some screenshots I pulled off my Hi-Def Copy, plus some full body low res shots I found during my search last week, and one drawing from the 1984 "Dune Activity Book" I have in my collection.
