I wish I knew. Gattaca is very probably my favorite science fiction film of the '90s, and even I don't know anything about that watch. :unsure

It may not be an actual watch but a large folding clasp, the kind found on a metal watch band, attached to a ladies or narrow width band.Man, would that be an easy watch to put on... a clasp and a buckle.
The holes look slightly uneven, so they may have been machined in by the prop maker. I'm currently scouring for large clasps to see if I can find one that fits the bill.
Just wanted to share the thought. If I find something promising, I'll report back.
