Gatchaman/G-gorce/Battle of the planets pepakura model need help converting

hi all i have all 5 helmets in a 3ds file. i cant figure out a way to convert them in pepakura to do a foam conversion. i have the models with visor, without visor and just the visor alone. i would love to see these turned into foam files and given out for free! could someone help me convert them. i can do them for paper but i cant seem to get them right for a foam conversion and it should be this hard but i am stumped. if you can help let me know and i can send you the model files. would love for everyone to have these

well i was able to do it on my own, not great i know there has to be an easier way with less pieces, i used reticulated foam since it was all i had at the moment. I printed the template at 300mm and its too big, so now i know i have to use a smaller scale. plus i think i figured out how to use less pieces. now i can try to make all 5 helmets out of harder foam.
