Gamorrean Guard slobber/drool

Is there something I can buy that would be latex friendly that would stay wet looking and look like drool, but be permanent? I've seen hot glue used, but it looks like dried hot glue. I'd like to rub it all over the snout, mouth area and have dried drips.

I'm not sure how it interacts with latex, but this stuff is good for modeling water: Water Effects, 8 fl. oz. My guess is it would work for drool.

Looks great, should work well, depending on it's consistancy.

I've never used it "straight" in a thick layer, but there are special types of acrylic artist's paint mediums that are designed to be mixed with paint or used as varnishes. Should be flexible and permanent.

Just use five minute epoxy. It's used all the time to coat eyes on latex masks. It has a natural SLIGHT yellow glaze after a little time and you can add tints to it to alter the color. You could mix it up and brush it into the snout, giving a thin, wet, covering like an eye and then (with a new batch...) apply a thick strand to the mouth. Maybe even let it drip naturally to achieve the drool look.
