G1 Optimus Prime head Prop , Need insight from prop makers help on information pleas

Forgive me if this has been addressed in the past , as I have searched and cannot find makers of these in threads of a 1:1 scale prop .

I know many people here have made busts , helmet props , but does anyone make these G1 Optimus Prime helmet prop ??? I know something like this would be rare and maybe have been constructed by individuals in the past , looking for info to acquire a accurate version of the original TV series....any ideas from most prop makers with possible contacts ,

Yeah I wondered the same thing , that is a loaded answer , I am not even sure...but if from a human size helmet I would be happy with one , if this can be found or made !

I wouldn't even know what the scale of that would be then ??? I was curious on how to address that on the title , without saying something like ,
I want a 1/16 scale Optimus Prime head ( helmet , bust , mask ) ......its hard to address this properly cause of the size is various to many people and scale ??? Sorry

I have to be honest sir, not sure what that means...but is this like for a paper prop or something ??? Sorry to ask , I lack knowledge in some areas , as some of you collectors and prop builders :$

You would need to download pepakura in order to open, view and print the file, once printed you would need to cut out the shapes, fold where needed and glue together, there are dozens of tutorials on youtube.

oh OK ,no ability to do anything like that...computer is blown up , I got my little tablet , and that's all...computer just gave out :lol
I appreciate that info , I am not sure at this point what to do with something like that sir, with no computer capabilities at the moment ...about to move out of state at Christmas time and not making plans to get a computer till a later date :$

I am still looking , most of what I am coming up with are some doing paper props , YouTube paper projects , and alot of stuff on sites I am running across keep giving me the new Transformers stuff , which I am not a fan off too much , I like it but the stuff from the 80's is hard to find people making head busts and props ....
These searches have been most disappointing ....something eventually will happen , I hope !!!! :$

I found the files for optimus prime, its a full body armour including the rifle, its currently set for a foam build but would be easy enough to change to a paper unfold. Give a shout if/when you want it.

Well if a friend of mine don't mind , I will see if if Sean , will get this for me , he has a computer I believe....??? ATTN SEAN !!! Can you help me in getting these files and get them from stigmorgan please...?and a later date , when I am able might take the measurements to make it out of particle board wood !!!!

Yeah one of the greatest builders of our time with Optimus Prime....rest his soul...he was what is inspired me so much and I still am trying to keep his thread going , he was absolutely amazing with everything he worked on !!! Wish he was still with us

I would like to say thank you very much for all your help and hopefully in the near future , I might get this figured out and turn this into something of a wood build ...even Optimus gun sounds like that would be a cool thing to build too , now that I think about it...its a childhood dream of mine , and always loved the Transformers Optimus !

Kind thanks to Stigmorgam for the pep file.
I'm finding out that this is a robot of many faces. and my image searches are more confusing than helping. If anyone would be kind enough to lend a helping hand. In donating some Images of this exact optimus prime head. I would be more than grateful for the genuosity.


I could use pictures of the side antenna/ears and back of the head please. of this particular prime. any help appreciated fully. this is about the best I could come up with. with my search..
