I have been jones to do a GI Joe project so i did some searching and found a pep file that looked like it might work.
I used for a base the demagol_helmetv2.0 modeled by fierfek unfolded by tumbucu

i peped it and then started to mod it by bringing in the visor slit, adding a mohawk ridge then i glassed it, 3 layers outside and one on the inside.
Then Bondo. lots of bondo. lots of bondo and sanding
