Fx Warehouse Latex Gloss vs Monster Makers Permawet?

I bought some latex base paint from FX warehouse to paint my head and various other tools, but now i am contemplating on whether to purchase the Flexible Water based latex gloss that FX has, or to buy the Permawet that MonsterMakers provides. Will it make a difference on what product i use? I'm leaning towards permawet since it seems that many folks on here use it.

(I tried to search for an answer but no luck, if there is topic already please show me the way haha)
