Full size Juggernaut cosplay

Started the upper torso today, this will be much more difficult than the other parts so far. First off its a really awkward shape that I'm going for, and I want to keep it hollow and airy like the rest. The intention is to have a few fans and hydration packs up in there. Also, I need to figure in the base for the helmet and how my head will be situated. I do plan on making a big ol muscled neck as well. Anyway, here are the Jugger-Jugs so far!

Test fit! I've since rounded off the helmet a little more, and sealed it with epsilon.

I covered some Styrofoam spheres with 2 inch upholstery foam and cut channels through them for my arms. I'm thinking about permanently attaching this part of the arms to the torso with a nylon membrane, so I can move the arms without a seam showing at the break. We'll see...
