Fringe Full Dress Uniform from Season 4 (anyone got some 411?)

I'm looking to create the full dress uniforms from the scene of Lincoln's funeral, Season 4 episode "The Consultant." It's the only time the Fringe Division full dress blues appear in the series, and they appear identical for men and women, and to be based on Army dress blues. Any confirmation of that, and details about he screen worn shoulder details, much appreciated. Got the shoulder patches, collar dogs, beret patch, etc., but looking for the real deal jacket, pants, shirt, tie etc. and any other bits to nail it. Any good screen caps would be awesome, and I.D. of the shield/division insignia worn on the epaulette of the jacket, in addition to the single or double bars.
