I spent 3 months making a boar's head helmet, and a papier Machè horse. Look at the knights fighting in a field by Monty Python. You'll get the idea. Where can you buy this foam..what sort of supplier.
I'm doing a volunteer class for dad's wanting to make a helmet for their kid. Your process seems really easy with your cut and glue method. Can you paint your helmets.
