i'm like a special needs chimp with no hands and a frontal lobotamy when it comes to these things,in my defence, computers were for nerds when i was at sch:lol:lol:lol:lol:lol:lolool

I've got a program for my MacBook that is similar to the program you linked to. It's a freeware program called PosteRazor. I used it to create 4 full size movie poster replicas, 4 medium size musician posters, and about five medium sized anti-war protest posters from the 1960s for a classmate's short film.

The link isn't to a program. You upload your image to the website and it spits out a pdf that's ready for printing. It's free, instant and you don't have to install or sign up for anything. They advise images you upload can be used again by them or others, though, so I wouldn't use personal pictures you don't want others to see.
The larger and sharper the image the better the quality will be, obviously.
I've used it to print off some 3x5 Gears of War propaganda posters and a few other, smaller posters from images that weren't of especially great quality to start with. They turned out well. It does a pretty good job. I suggested the link in free paper props #3.
