Freddy Krueger's Hat

Just like the title says. I know changes from movie to movie. And I know that'sa Fedora But what Color. Tan/Dark Brown? What color do the Freddy experts go with. (I'm trying to make a display.) I got the Rubies Deluxe glove and plan and picking up the sweater after Halloween.

Well, in the first film it was brown and really dirty. In 2 it was more beat up and had a few rips. It got cleaner after that but in 3 - vs to was just brown. (edit- it was also tapered.)

Nope.

In part 1 it was actually grey, with the bowtie band still on it...

(notice how the lighting makes my hat look brown in the second pic...but it's definitely grey...)

The hats were brown without the band in the other films. Of course, there are always variations between stunt and hero props, though.
