Fraudulent Vader Helmet Auction?

I know the rules about posting links to a live auction, but is this not a picture of the helmet and armor that was made by WPK and fettpride? If so it's being used along with a picture of a MR ROTS helmet to sell what appears by the item description to be a rubies deluxe vader helmet. Whoever is bidding on this auction is gonna get ripped even if the price doesn't go any higher.

The photo on the right was a pic of my very own MR helmet......they are using it without my consent. I hate these guys who just rip photos so they can rip folks off. I contacted Ebay customer support about this auction.

That sucks, and the photoshop of the rubies is pretty bad as well...you can see the reflection in the helmet... I hate people....

The other helmet isn't a rubies, it is a custom sculpt created by fettpride and well paid killer, here is the picture that was ripped off.

Doesn't look like eBay has done anything, the bidding has gone over $200 and now the bidder's IDs are not visible, can't warn anyone now.:sick

Looks like someone just paid $380 for what sounds like (from the description) a standard Rubies helmet.
