Fraudulent Ebay listing with a photo of MY hoverboard replica... what to do?!

There is a "BTTF hoverboard replica" on Ebay claiming to be from Matty Collector, but the seller is using my photo of my custom replica hoverboard. I sat it on top of my Matty Collector box and I took this picture a year ago. In the Q and A section, he claims that he 'took it out of the box for the picture' which is a blatant lie.

I will not post the Ebay listing as it goes against RPF rules. The 'report this item' feature is useless as it doesn't let me explain specifically what he is doing or why I think the listing is fraudulent.

Help?

Thanks much,

Report the auction should be a place on the listing page, if that doesn't do enough then just call ebay or email maybe?

If its a heads up / warning for a fraudulent listing, then posting the link is allowed.

A lot of ebay sellers and simply google for pics and use the nice ones they find. That's what happens with a lot of RPF member photos that then end up used in ebay auctions. While I personally don't think usage of the photo makes his auction fraudulent, the fact the seller does not want to show more photos of the actual item for sale does raise red flags.

Yep. In an old thread that just got brought up recently, a seller said he used someone else's pictures because his item didn't look as GOOD as their pictures did.
As if that were an excuse.

I would assume that as well, but the fact he stated that it was taken out of the box for the photo makes it not true (in the Q and A section). Also, he doesn't have much feedback even though it says he is 100% with 142 listings. I can only find 8 positive feedbacks in which all of them were purchases on his part.

A douchey move regardless. He's been an eBay member since 2004, so at least there's a decent history. I hope it's not a scam.

Yea ive done that before myself only when my phone was broken tho...but still i can see how you would think he might be into some fishy stuff but he most likely is just using the pic out of laziness
