Found the hat from Hannibal

I'm a huge Hannibal fan, love all the movies and for the longest time I've been searching for the white hat he wore in the movie Hannibal, as pictured below. It's not the screen used one but it is the same hat he wore in the movie.

Anyways, needless to say, the hat it's self is extremely expensive, but none the less a very nice hat.

I just thought I'd share this info with any other Hannibal fans on the board, just in case anyone else was interested in finding the hat for themselves.

Did you see the guy on the very bottom of that page who makes hand woven hats?

His price runs $8,000 - $25,0000 :eek

Talk to Robert. He's a stand-up guy who is also outraged at the prices on genuine Monticristi Panamas. The finisher/seller makes boatloads of money, and the weaver, who's fabulous work is what MAKES THE HAT worth that much, get's pennies.

I've dealt with Robert a couple of times, and his stuff is top notch. To my knowledge, his North American blocker/finisher is still Art Faucett, who does absolutely brilliant work.

All the best,

-Dan
