Font help

Is there anyway of making a font become thicker, even more so than just using the bold feature ?

Depends on the program you're using. I use Adobe Illustrator and you can just apply a stroke to the text to get it to the right thickness.

I've been known to type what I need then do it again and drag it over the first but mis-aligning it slightly. It won't work with all fonts but it's worked for me in a pinch a few times.

That would be no problem with CorelDraw.
