Font help... FOUND!

Trying to match a particular font, and I've tried all my usual sources, "What the Font", Identifont, Google Image Search, etc...

This is a direct scan of the font:

This one is cleaned up (for computer recognition, but that didn't work):

I've found a few similar ones, but the bit differences is that the "A" doesn't have the top swirl, the "N"... same thing, and the E, D, etc have fairly square lower left corners.

Any ideas???

Thanks,

The tricky thing is that notice how the E, I, D, & R all have the little "tail" at the top left... yet the N and A (and M) do not... all fonts I've found with those flourishes always have them on the A and N as well.
