Foam Thor Costume for Halloween

After about a month of research which helped me find this site, I have decided to undertake my own foam Thor Movie Armor Costume. I was amazed with how much info I have already found on this site about materials design and process or creating this costume. Major Shout out to Graphic Jordan for his thor costume thread. I cant thank you enough for the photo's you posted of your process, this has saved me hours on planning and scaling the armor to my size.

Today I have started templating out the lower section of the chest piece for the armor, which i will be transfering to some eva foam sheets I purchased at my local Canadian Tire. I am making my templates out of a thick poster board material I purchased at michaels. Its nice and durable and easy to cut.
