Foam Latex in a Premium Silicone Mold

Hi, my friend and I made a very large Rebound 25 Silicone mold (encased in Plastipaste 2 to keep its shape) for a film we're working on. We were given the products for Monster Makers foam latex to cast it in and I'm seeing a lot of people say it's not possible while some say you've just gotta coat the mold in a spray glue.
My question is, is it possible this way?
