Flexible/dense two part foam mix??? Advice needed please..

Hey guys, im looking for a dense, yet flexible two part foam mix.

Im trying to fill an entire human mannequin mold, so will need aquite a lot of it.

When expanded and set, I'd like the piece to weigh around 50lbs.

It would need to be flexible but very durable and dense(ie tear resistant ect).

The project im trying to get off the ground is a one piece ju jitsu grappling dummy. Ive gone through lots of ideas but im starting to think the right density foam could be the answer.

Ive looked at smooth ons foam it but it looks v expensive, thus not a viable business idea.

Any help would be much appreciated....
