Not my photos, just posting them as I found them.Just a note, but the iPhone portrait software is wrecking havoc on the edges of the prop in that first image. I would definitely not use that one for edge detail. Spectacular reference in every other regard.
Definitely really interested in the binos and knife!
No worries, I saw the attribution in the other post, just thought I’d throw that out thereNot my photos, just posting them as I found them.
I wish it weren’t. It would have been cooler to have it closer to the spacing on the MKI. Maybe that tallness is what’s throwing me. I do like the new booster though.neck is super tall on this thing though... dang....
i still want to hug you though....Not my photos, just posting them as I found them.
I'm so confused by Obi-Wan's saber. Some pictures the booster looks like the ROTS version. Some it looks wider.Apparently the Obi-Wan twitter account had a scavenger hunt to reveal some renders of the sabers for the show.

Reminds me a lot of a pellet gun. If it was,I dig Obi-Wan's blaster. Someone posted a picture of it on Facebook which was shared from that Lucasfilm Twitter post.

I don't know if you've seen his Kimmel interview. The best part is when he shows the figure and talks about how they scan every aspect of you and still....it doesn't look like you. So many crushed hearts at Hasbro...Maybe helpful for some early costuming info:

I could go on a huge rant about people who claim inaccuracy in head sculpts for toys made from scans. It's plastic nothing you do will make it look real. If your an artist and have trained in portrait sculpting/painting, you look at the anatomy of the face and you can instantly tell if it's hand sculpted or made from scans.I just watched it. That's really an unfair comment. I mean I guess anyone might feel that way about their own figure but I think it is a really nice job. The figures, especially the 6" have looked so much better in the last five years now that they are utilizing the photorealistic paint application technology. They have been releasing old figures with the new paint app and they look so much better. For a long time now they have been scanning but it doesn't mean much if the paint job is bad. That's the reason that collectors had been disappointed with figure releases in the past after seeing the prototype first. The prototypes get hand painted so they can add a little extra but the old paint processes were so bad, many would swear they Hasbro had changed the head sculpt. Sometimes you might see more artistic fans could do a repaint and bring a great head sculpt to life.
