You mean Ben’s lightsaber or ANY lightsaber?
My guess would be we see inquisitor lightsabers in the first or second episode, and we don’t get to see Ben’s until episode three or four.

Yeah, I mean specifically Obi-Wan drawing it to throw down. We can see from the trailer there's lots of inquisitor posturing. I just feel like they will play Obi-Wan as very resistant to do anything Force-y until he's backed into a corner.
It's kinda like Luke in Mando or the Darksaber in Mando S1, they like to hold their OMG fan-freak out moments until close to the end.
I would agree, but I don’t think they have that much restraint. I think we see Ben vs. Inquisitors in episode three/four and Ben vs. Vader in episode five/six.

I don’t see how it will be possible to even have both Ben and Vader in the same scene. Otherwise, this dialogue from Episode IV would not make sense…

That seems pretty clear that they have not been together since Ben left crispy Anakin at the end of Episode III.
It seems like it should only be Ben vs. Inquisitors in this Kenobi series. If that is correct, it seems like a mistake for Disney+ to be marketing this with concept art of Ben and Vader in a lightsaber duel. That seems to build up the wrong expectation, and it might disappoint people if they never even share a scene together.
Maybe it is a Force vision that Ben only imagines:

I really do wish they would steer into the Force vision stuff more. Creatively it would be interesting for Ben to be putting the pieces together about who Vader is and then have a flashback/Force vision where he’s fighting a version Anakin who is phasing between his human self and Vader. It gives us the “rematch” while also keeping the original narrative intact and requiring no logical or semantic leaps.

Given how that fight ended in the prequels I don't think it makes sense for Vader to refer to it like "When I left you..." .
So I think if they make them meet again at least once after that would actually fix this a little. It is also not clear (to me) when Vader considers himself to have become "the master" as the Emperor should really be "the master" even during ANH.
I think he’s referring to “the master as now he’s the stronger Jedi (sith in this case) than Obi-Wan.

That makes sense. Would have been strange for Disney to visit Lucas and start vacuuming up all his original props. Instead, Disney decided to humor him by pretending to use his story ideas for future movies.
It's hard to say with toys. We never know if they are looking at actual stuff from the show, or just reference material from Lucasfilm. The Official Lightsaber book from Lucasfilm uses the ROTS versions for both Vader and Obi-Wan, and of course the ROTJ hero and not the V2. as the "canon" versions, licensees are more likely looking at that stuff than actual content from the show, which I image is kept pretty locked down.

Well, it could still be accurate after this series. All it implies is that they met sometime in the distant past and Vader wasn’t capable of beating his master in those prior duels. Their last time dueling could have been on mustafar, or it could have been after Rots and before ANH.
So, theoretically speaking, Vader and Obi Wan could have had numerous duels, as long as Vader lost every time. Vader’s comment on the Death Star would still hold true. Vader didn’t say “the last we met on mustafar when you callously sliced my arm and legs and said I was your brother but you didn’t mean it, I was but the learner and you the master..”. Who knows, maybe they dueled several times before ANH, with Vader losing his arm and legs each time. Lucky thing they have magical prosthetics in the Star Wars universe.
The concept illustration also reflects Obi Wan still wearing his bathrobe while dueling. Something he did in ANH, but not in rots where he and Vader dramatically throw their bathrobes to the side.
How many robes does Obi Wan lose during the prequels? Seems like at least a couple per movie. So I’m guessing the Disney+ show is where he consciously decided not to throw off his robes, probably because he’s poor now and can’t get robes easily considering the Jedi tailors died in order 66.
As for when we see OW’s lightsaber. That’s difficult to say. I could believe it either way whether that be in episode 2 or the last episode. That night a small circle of grown men will be pulling up 4K screenshots and investigating until their significant others yell at them.
