First ever sonic screwdriver?

I want to find a sonic screwdriver replica of the first on ever to appear on Doctor Who. I have no idea what episode it fist appeared on because Im new to Doctor Who. If any one can give a link or maybe a better picture than this one, that would be great. Thanks!

Straker found one & put a link to the co. I bought one, but can't remember the co's name. I know they advertise them on ebay. They will be coated with a colour, but its easy to scrape off & polish up.
