As written earlier I ve used "ponal" holzleim, which sets fast and is really strong.

Read here on the rpf that some people use hotglue with the advantage to correct by heating up again.

Still wondering if it was a good idea with the thick paper. On one hand it was easy to shape, on the other hand i don't what happen when soaking up with epoxy at strengthen

Yes, I will. Just this little update for you. This all is a project for the school and iam very... late So I have to write a lot now.. update comming soon.
