First Appearance Batman Cosplay

Hi, I'm working on a first appearance batman cosplay based on the skin from Batman: Arkham Knight, and I'm having trouble identifying the material used for the shirt and pants, hoping any of you guys could help me find it.

It looks at first glance to be a regular ribbed cotton. You can easily get a grey long sleeved tee, but I don't know what to suggest for the pants, unless you made them yourself.

You may also want to rethink your bat reference. The FIRST appearance of Batman in Detective Comics #27 had a SMALL bat with NO ears. (oddly enough like Pattinson´s Bat that doesn´t have them either)
