I just noticed this in a Junkyard thread that the pistol that this guy uses:

Is the 44 Auto Mag in silver: http://www.tokyo-marui.co.jp/download/images/060501_44automag.jpg (there are better photos of the silver one out there, but most of them didn't show up on this PC).

I don't know if it has already been identified, I did a search and nothing came up. Not a huge prop, but I've been wondering about it for a while.

Pretty sure that's a Wildey Magnum Hunter Guardsman (scroll down). Bronson used a similar model (shorter barrel) in Death Wish 3.

The Auto-mag was the gun most famously-used (imo) near the beginning (& at the climax) of 'Sudden Impact' with Clint Eastwood. :cool

Odd, I've always thought that the bit at the start of the barrel was a dome shape, but looking at the reference pic you show, it does kinda look like it's the gun in question.

Which sort of takes out some of the luster for me. I had always pictured like a revolver, only with a barrel rib and dome covering the front of the cylinder to give it a more streamlined, futuristic look.

If I recall correctly, that gun also shows up in another episode. I want to say I saw it carried by one of Niska's henchmen when they invade his skyplex.

Yup, Nexus is correct. Not an automag, it's a wildey. Used by the bad guy in "The Hard Way" (Michael J. Fox and James Woods) too.
