And now for something completely different. Well, not that different, on reflection, except I spent only $45 of my hard earned salary on a Jayne pistol kit and this is what I got :)

I'm pretty sure it's a resin cast, and from the looks of it (and the pics as a whole) and the $45 price mentioned, I'm leaning towards it being a Wilco kit. But I don't know anything, so...

Looks an awful lot like JMTwo's kit.

Definitely not mine. I vote Wilco too.

Good guess.

Solid (black) resin, $45 price point. Why pay more? Resin is cheap :)

Bill finally got around to working on some of the projects that I left him when I fled the country. Please contact him directly for details; I have mine and I don't care about you :p

Oh, I already did :lol

He wanted something to wear at the next PlanoCon (I bought him a new hat, you see), and he figured that something that didn't make expensive noises when it hit the floor would be nice to have. He already has a Mal pistol.

Resin maybe cheaper, but I'm going to be very happy w/ my Denix LeMat and Sidewinder conversion..

Gotta love the heft of it, and when you're trooping around a con with it, you don't have to worry about accidental damage to it...

But, cost is a factor, that's for sure.

The lanyard and trigger guard are off, but for that price I'd say it makes a great convention accessory.

Yeah, those two were the only real obvious things to me, and they seem easy enough to fix...
